Some people might think that checked pattern is out-dated, but nowadays, fashion designers are non-stopping modify the original checked pattern into hundreds of different styles in many different colors, fabrics and cutting. I don't often see people wearing a lot of checked all year round, I usually only see boys and girls in the classic checked shirts. I didn't see checked patterns on the shop floors all the seasons, unless, when it's is nearly christmas. As you know, Singapore is on sale, everywhere, from high end fashion houses like Burberry, Club21 to affordable luxury like Marc by Marc Jacobs and fast fashion brands Forever21 and H&M. I haven't seen Zara on sale yet, so stay tune people, don't miss it. I have been spending all my time in the past few days shopping over and over again, and I found out that this season, there are a lot of items in checked patterns, and most of the items were sold very fast. I felt in love with a H&M's red & black checked flare skirt yet so sad, only size S left, I need a size M. It's almost christmas, so don't forget to wear checked, not only those simple classic checked shirts, but also cutting-edge and modern ones, especially those checked patterns in Christmas' colors.
So, let's look at some of my favourite checked items this season, which I selected from high-street & fast-fashion brands Zara, Topshop and H&M. No luxury items cost thousands dollars today, only cheap and fun. No item priced over 350 SGD.
Bonus some Zara's clutches that I deeply felt in love with:
