Neon Baroque Inspiration

Guess what I saw this morning on Instagram, the Neon Baroque necklace from Lulu Frost's Spring/Summer 2014 collection. So, I came up with this set, inspired by Neon Baroque, this necklace is likely for elegant, luxurious, red carpet kind of look, and I know a lot of people don't like Baroque as it might be a little too "mommy" for young people but you know, high fashion loves Baroque. I decided to modify it a little to make it more casual, more applicable for everyday wear. Most of the items from this set is selected from fast fashion to high street and affordable luxury fashion brands, so it is affordable. This will be the last spring summer look for this week, I promise I will come up with some Christmas or Fall Winter's inspirations, as you guys already can smell Christmas is everywhere in the air right?

As the rest of the items were already very colorful, so a simple off-white corded top with studs and cord embellishment is a perfect choice. The long sleeves top seems very simple but no, it is not, as you zoom in, it is very detailing. Some of you may worry to wear too many colors in an outfit, don't worry, as long as you have the in-between colors to blend them together and create some kind of the connection between all the items, you will look great. As you can see, the necklace has green, red and lemon hues so I selected the green short and the red flats. The cross body bag is blue so the ring with green and blue stones blends them in just right. One small tip for you guys, that cobalt blue goes well with anything, it looks good with red, looks nice with green, looks awesome with yellow, it looks lovely with almost everything.
